Auravii Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 20, 2026

The Aura Vicki, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Auravii mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle, collect, use, and process information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household (“Personal Information”).

Before accessing or using the App, please ensure that you have read and understood our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. By using our App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Our App is not intended for or directed to persons under the age of 18, and we will not knowingly collect information from persons under 18. To provide information to us through registration or in any other manner on our App, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us through our App, please contact us pursuant to the “Contact Us” section and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

1. Personal Information We Collect

To provide the purpose of the App and generate your personalized artificial intelligence (“AI”) Aura Reading, we may collect the following Personal Information.

Face and Palm Images and Geometry: We may collect photos you upload through your device’s camera of your face, left palm, or right palm and the temporary spatial line and landmark maps generated from them to provide the App.

Communication Information: If you contact us directly for support or inquiries, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, name, and the contents of your message.

Cookies or Tracking Technologies: We do not use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, software development kits (SDKs) for cross-context behavioral advertising, or other tracking technologies within the App. We do not track your online activities across third-party websites or online services over time. Because we do not engage in online tracking, the App does not collect information that triggers Do Not Track (DNT) or global privacy control (GPC) opt-out signals.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect Personal Information through the following sources:

Customer Support Communications: You may voluntarily provide information when sending an email to our customer support team.

In-App Camera and Image Submissions: You may voluntarily provide real-time camera feeds upon granting camera permissions within the App.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the Personal Information we collect for the following purposes:

Generating Your Aura Reading: We process your uploaded photos and real-time camera feeds to extract spatial coordinate maps (such as facial landmarks and hand or palm lines) solely to calculate and deliver your personalized aura reading through the App. Photo processing occurs in temporary server memory, including processing through third-party AI models (such as OpenAI and Google Gemini) strictly to generate feature outputs. Once your aura reading is generated and delivered to your device, the photos and derived spatial coordinate data are immediately overwritten and destroyed. We do not store persistent biometric profiles, train AI or machine learning models, or use your photos for any other purpose.

Customer Support: If you reach out to us directly, we use your email address and message contents solely to respond to your inquiry and provide assistance.

Aggregated and De-Identified Information: We may aggregate or de-identify Personal Information so that it no longer identifies any individual. We use such information for business purposes, such as analyzing the performance of our App, improving features, and developing new tools. We commit to maintaining and using de-identified information in its de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify the information, except as permitted by law.

4. When We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose your Personal Information as described below:

Service Providers: We engage third-party service providers to perform operational functions on our behalf, and we disclose Personal Information, including Biometrics (as defined below), images, communications, and real-time sensory or camera inputs, strictly as necessary for them to deliver those services. These include providers for cloud hosting and infrastructure, AI and machine learning models, and customer support communications. These providers are contractually authorized to access, process, or store Personal Information solely to perform services for us, and they are contractually required to comply with applicable laws and maintain the confidentiality and security of such information.

Corporate Restructuring: We may disclose any of your Personal Information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, dissolution transaction, or proceeding involving the sale, transfer, or divestiture of all or a portion of our business or assets.

Legal Reasons: We may disclose any of your Personal Information to any competent law enforcement body, regulatory authority, government agency, court, or other authorized third party where we believe disclosure is necessary under applicable law or regulation, or to exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights.

We do not "sell" or "share" your Personal Information, nor do we process or disclose your Personal Information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. Within the preceding 12 months, we have not engaged in any of the foregoing behaviors.

5. Biometric Identifiers and Information

To the extent that facial characteristics, palm line patterns, or spatial coordinates analyzed by the App qualify as “biometric identifiers” or “biometric information” under applicable law (collectively, “Biometrics”), the terms of this section apply. If such data does not constitute Biometrics under applicable law in your jurisdiction, this section shall not create any additional contractual duties or statutory obligations beyond our general privacy commitments.

Purpose and Processing: To the extent we collect, store, or use Biometrics, we solely do so to produce creative aura color visualizations and reflective text insights through AI.

Storage: We do not persistently store Biometrics. Biometrics are processed exclusively in temporary server memory (RAM) during your active session.

Transmission and Security: We transmit and protect your Biometrics using the reasonable standard of care within our industry and in a manner that is the same as or more protective than the manner in which we store, transmit, and protect other confidential and sensitive information.

Use and Disclosure: We do not use your Biometrics to train public or machine-learning models. We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your Biometrics with any third parties. We do not disclose, redisclose, or otherwise disseminate your Biometrics unless you provide express written consent through the App prior to collection or disclosure or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Data Retention: We permanently destroy your Biometrics immediately upon providing your report when the initial purpose of collecting or obtaining such data has been satisfied or within three (3) years from your last interaction, whichever occurs first. Absent a valid warrant, subpoena, or court order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction requiring us to preserve active data, we strictly adhere to this established retention and destruction guidelines.

6. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect or process any sensitive personal information as defined under applicable law. We do not require, request, or knowingly accept such information in connection with your use of our App.

7. Consumer Health Data

To the extent we collect or process Personal Information that qualifies as "Consumer Health Data" (or an analogous term) under applicable laws, such processing is governed by our dedicated Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy Rights

Where applicable law allows for such rights, and subject to statutory exceptions, you may have the following privacy rights in relation to the Personal Information we collect:

Right to Know: You have a right to information about how we collect and use your Personal Information, which we provide via this Privacy Policy.

Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Information we have collected about you, provided in a portable, machine-readable, and readily usable format.

Right to Correct: If your Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete, you are entitled to ask that we correct or complete it.

Right to Delete: You may ask us to delete your Personal Information under certain circumstances. Please note that we may retain certain Personal Information as permitted or required by law, such as to maintain the security of our platform, comply with legal obligations, or complete transactions under an active corporate agreement.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt-out of the selling of your Personal Information or the sharing of your Personal Information for targeted advertising. We do not sell, rent, share, or engage in any analogous activities regarding Personal Information, each as defined by applicable laws.

Right to Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to direct a business to limit the processing of sensitive personal information. However, we do not collect, process, or store sensitive personal information.

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate or retaliate against you in any way for exercising your privacy rights.

Right to Appeal: If we decline to take action on your privacy request, you may have the right to appeal our decision under applicable state laws by contacting us with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.

Because all photos, camera feeds, and extracted spatial coordinate maps are automatically and permanently overwritten and destroyed from temporary server memory (RAM) upon completion of your session, we do not maintain persistent databases or logs of such data that can be retrieved, ported, corrected, or deleted post-session.

To exercise any applicable privacy rights or if you have any questions, please contact us using the details in Section 14.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Except for uploaded photos and derived spatial coordinate maps, which are deleted after your reading is generated as described in this Privacy Policy, we have implemented retention policies to ensure that Personal Information is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If Personal Information needs to be retained longer for legal reasons (including as necessary to resolve disputes or to enforce our agreements) or contractual obligations, we will do so in accordance with applicable laws. Once Personal Information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

10. Security

We implement appropriate and commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction, including:

All data transmitted between your device and our processing infrastructure is encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.

Photos, spatial coordinate vectors, and AI-generated reading outputs processed exclusively in temporary server memory (RAM) and are never written to permanent databases, cloud hard drives, or permanent logs.

After your reading displays on your screen, all source photos and raw spatial feature vectors are permanently and automatically deleted from server memory.

We do not store historical readings or uploaded photos in the App. Closing the App or tapping "Start New Session" clears all session data from your active screen and mobile RAM.

Please note that no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free, and we cannot guarantee 100% security of any Personal Information you transmit to us. You transmit information through the App at your own risk.

11. International Transfers and Geographic Restrictions

We do not control, monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for the privacy practices, security, content, or data handling of any Third-Party Sites.

Any Personal Information you provide to or share with a Third-Party Site is governed strictly by the privacy policy and terms of service of that respective platform, and not by this Privacy Policy. Your interactions with Third-Party Sites are entirely at your own risk, and we strongly encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any Personal Information.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
